Homemade Exfoliator Recipes

Oatmeal And Baking Soda Exfoliator
Ingredients
2 tbsp Oatmeal
2 tbsp baking Soda
1 tbsp Water


Method
Mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Add 1 tablespoon water while stirring the mixture to obtain a thick paste.
Apply the mixture on your face and allow it to sit for a minute.
Rinse your face with warm water.
Pat dry your face with a soft cotton towel.
Apply a good moisturizer immediately.

Oatmeal, Cornmeal And Wheat Gram Exfoliator
Ingredients
1 tbsp Oatmeal
1 tbsp Cornmeal
1 tbsp Wheat Gram

Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add water slowly to make a paste.
Apply the paste on your face and massage in a circular motion for 5 minutes.
Leave the mixture on your face for 10-12 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.
Pat dry your face and apply a good moisturizer.

Baking Soda Exfoliator
Ingredients
1 tbsp baking Soda
Water (as required)

Method
Take a bowl and add baking soda to it.
Add water to make a thin paste.
Apply the paste to your face and gently rub to exfoliate the dead cells.
Leave the mix for 10 minutes.
Wash your face with lukewarm water.
Apply a good moisturizer.

Table Salt And Olive Oil Exfoliator
Ingredients
2 tbsp table Salt
1 tbsp Olive oil

Method
Take a bowl and add table salt to it.
Now add the olive oil to the salt.
Stir and mix well.
Apply the mixture on your face and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse your face with cold water.

Olive Oil And Coffee Exfoliator
Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Coffee powder

Method
In a mixing bowl, add the coffee powder and olive oil together to create a thick consistent paste.
Apply the paste to your face.
Allow it to sit for 2 minutes.
Rinse your face with cold water.
Pat dry your face and apply a good moisturizer without delay.

Fullers Earth And Orange Peel Exfoliator
Ingredients
1 cup Fullers Earth
1 cup dried Orange peel
2 tbsp Oatmeal

Method
Take a mixing tray, and add all the ingredients into it.
Now add water slowly to the mixture to make a smooth thick paste.
Apply the paste on your face, neck, and arms.
Massage gently in a circular motion to remove the dead cells.
Allow it to sit for 5 minutes.
Rinse the paste off your body with cold water.
Apply a good moisturizer after washing off the mixture.
